Moxy Asheville (Moxy Asheville)

The pictures on the website missrepresented the size of the room and the configuration of the beds. The room was extremely small, the queen beds were positioned foot to foot, very strangely, with uncomfortable padded furniture in between them. The heads of the beds were far from looking at the TV so it was hard to see the picture since you had to see it from a difficult angle. The pictures on the website had the beds side by side even though there are very few rooms like that. The beds barely fit into the room. There is no closet (you have to hang your clothes on hooks on the wall) and no private enclosed area to use the sink. There is no dresser. Of the 4 nights we were there, the maids cleaned the room only once. There is no desk aside from a little tablet area on the chair. There is a junky collapsible table hanging from the wall. The management obviously tried to use all possible ways to cut down the size and quality of the space and to hide that by making it cutesy. In addition, the swimming pool and exercise area are shared with the hotel next door, causing a long walk to get there--of course none of these cost cuts were even mentioned on the web site. Who are you kidding?
